Indy Batth

Indy is a compassionate change catalyst. With a Master of Arts in Education and over 20 years experience in higher education, she weaves together a unique combination of skills that takes an integrative, holistic and critical approach to her work as a coach, educator and facilitator. She lives from the belief that mind, body, heart and soul are interconnected.

Indy thrives on tapping into the human potential and bearing witness to transformational learning and growth – in herself and in others.

Trained in the art and science of coaching, personal health & wellbeing, and extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, cultural competence, social change and transformative leadership, she is committed to personal and professional development for individuals, groups, communities and organizations.

As an avid life-long learner, Indy has continued her pursuit of knowledge including: Certificate in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University; Instructional Skills Workshops (ISW); Deep Democracy, The Micro-Skills of Leadership, Collaboration and Facilitating Collective Change; and Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching.

Indy is the Founding Director of ikb Coaching & Consulting, and also Past President of SIETAR-BC (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research).
