Ruth is a high energy and very personable instructor dedicated to sharing her passion for yoga and helping others make and sustain a deep mind/body connection. She creates friendly and enjoyable environments which help participants feel comfortable regardless of level or experience. She is especially dedicated to teaching good alignment and awakening people’s innate body awareness in order to help them prevent injuries, build strength and flourish in their practice.
She is certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Pre Natal and Kid’s Yoga. She currently teaches Hot Hatha, Classical Hatha, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga-inspired classes and Core Fusion at some of Toronto’s leading yoga centres. She is a Yoga Ambassador for Lole Women.
